Pricing
Let's talk about your scope.
Price scales on the number of protected users and the monthly requests processed. A figure quoted without knowing your scope would mislead you; so we publish the structure instead of a number.

Model cost
Your key, your bill.
TrustLayer charges for the security and management layer only. You pay the model cost directly through your own key, to your own provider.
Transparent cost
You pay no intermediary margin on your model usage. What the provider bills you is what it costs.
Data sovereignty
Your data is processed with your key, through your account.
Where you cannot use your own key, we can pass the token cost through as a separate, transparent line item.

FAQ
About pricing.
Is model usage included in the price?
No, and that is deliberate. BYOK is the default: you pay OpenAI or Gemini token charges directly with your own key, to your own provider. So you never pay us a margin on your model usage.
Do I have to commit annually?
No. You do not have to start with an annual commitment: you can begin with a structured three-month pilot; your own team, your own data, your real scenarios. At the end we review the results together, and if you decide to continue we move you to the right tier.
What does price scale on?
The number of protected users and the monthly requests processed. Both are predictable, countable, and do not produce surprises on your invoice.
Does running it on our own infrastructure change the price?
On-premise and air-gapped deployment sit in the Enterprise tier and are priced as an annual licence plus setup. We work the scope out on the call.
How long are the contracts?
Starter is self-serve. Business runs on a monthly or annual contract. Enterprise proceeds on an annual licence.
